I am a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology, board certified in adult psychiatry since 2013 and child & adolescent psychiatry since 2014. I have treated adults, children, and adolescents with mental health challenges for the last fourteen years. I have also served in the United States Army Reserve as a psychiatrist.
I completed my medical school in India. I did my residency in psychiatry at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY. After the residency, I did a fellowship in child & adolescent psychiatry at Mt. Sinai St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital in New York, NY. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, PTSD, Autism, and ADHD.
I am passionate about my work and strive to provide the best possible care, in-person or virtually. Any treatment is incomplete if it ignores the wants and needs of the recipient.
